Founded in the Year 2008, the team was earlier headed by Mr. Somesh Arora, Former Commissioner of Customs, Excise and Service Tax, B.COM. LL.B., LL.M. (University of Queensland, Australia) C.A.I.I.B., PG. Dip. LL&LA.

The team is now being headed by Mr. Salil Arora, Advocate & Chief Consulting Officer, [B.A. LL.B., and P.G. Diploma in Corporate law] who has been part of Amicus Rarus since its inception. He has previously worked with Clifford Chance (India) and Bank of China Aviation, Singapore dealing with aircraft leasing and financing. He is also a certified cyber-crime investigator and is here to provide you best of services in the fields of Goods and Service Tax (G.S.T.), Prevention of Money Laundering, FEMA, IPR Enforcement, Indirect Taxation and various Corporate laws, where our team has necessary expertise and experience. He has recently co-authored Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002- A Commentary (II Edition)" in association with Mr. Somesh Arora, Author, published by Oakbridge Publications Pvt. Ltd.
